To continue the fire analogy, no body wants to stand around a fire that has gone out of control or one that has burned out and turned cold. We can think of people who have a Fire C.F. in many different ways. A person may become cold, constricted, tightness, closed up, not wanting to socialize/communicate/relate to others. When we become physically cold, our bodies constrict and tighten. Sometimes a person whose internal fire has gone out will attempt to get it from others. For example, you can watch children play when you are feeling low and can feel lighter and more joyful afterwards.
